3. INFORMATION ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Information presented on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Availability, eligibility, pricing, fees, terms, and conditions may vary by Service, location, customer qualification, third-party provider, and applicable law.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement:
- Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee approval;

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Company, its customers, the public, or the security and integrity of the Site.
6. USER-SUBMITTED INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS
You may provide information, documents, applications, identification records, messages, or other materials through the Site, collectively referred to as “Submitted Materials.”
You retain any ownership rights you possess in your Submitted Materials. You grant Financial International a limited, nonexclusive right to access, receive, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and use Submitted Materials only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide or evaluate requested Services;
- Process transactions or applications;
- Verify identity and information;
- Communicate with you;
- Prevent fraud and maintain security;
- Comply with applicable law;
- Enforce applicable agreements; and
- Perform other activities described in our Privacy Policy or authorized by you.
Submitting information does not make it publicly available. We will not treat confidential applications, financial information, identification documents, or customer records as public content merely because they were submitted through the Site.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to provide Submitted Materials and that doing so does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, complete payment-card information, security codes, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or text message unless we expressly provide a secure and authorized method.
7. FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit general ideas, recommendations, or feedback about the Site or Services, you grant Financial International a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use that feedback for legitimate business purposes.
This section does not apply to:
- Personal information;
- Financial documents;
- Identification records;
- Customer communications;
- Applications;
- Confidential information; or
- Information protected by applicable privacy or financial-services laws.
Do not submit confidential business ideas through a general feedback channel.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its content, including its design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, software, photographs, videos, interfaces, and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to Financial International and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Financial International grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- Reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content;
- Modify or create derivative works from Site content;
- Remove a copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice;
- Frame or mirror a material portion of the Site;
- Reverse engineer Site software except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- Use Financial International’s name, logo, trademarks, or service marks.
No ownership interest is transferred to you through your use of the Site.
9. THIRD-PARTY SITES AND SERVICES
The Site may include links to third-party websites, applications, services, or resources. These links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Financial International does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s:
- Content;
- Products or services;
- Privacy practices;
- Security practices;
- Availability;
- Accuracy; or
- Contractual obligations.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy. You should review those terms before providing information or completing a transaction.
10. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND RECURRING SERVICES
Fees, payment obligations, refund terms, and cancellation procedures applicable to a particular Service will be disclosed in the applicable order, application, authorization, or service agreement.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information. You authorize Financial International and its payment processors to process payments that you affirmatively approve.
If a Service includes automatic renewal, recurring billing, continuous service, or conversion from a free or discounted period to a paid service, we will provide applicable disclosures and obtain consent as required by law.
For covered California automatic-renewal or continuous-service arrangements, businesses must obtain express affirmative consent, provide required renewal notices, retain consent records, and offer appropriate cancellation methods. California’s updated requirements became effective on July 1, 2025.
Unless a service-specific agreement states otherwise, you may request cancellation by:
- Using an available account-cancellation feature;
- Emailing info@financialinternational.com;
- Calling:(213) 487-0587 or (833) 605-2155; or
- Writing to the address listed in Section 1.
Cancellation of a Service does not eliminate charges, obligations, or liabilities incurred before the effective cancellation date.
11. ELECTRONIC RECORDS AND SIGNATURES
11.1 Agreement to conduct transactions electronically
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Financial International may create, deliver, receive, review, sign, and retain communications, disclosures, notices, applications, authorizations, agreements, and other records electronically.
You are not required to use electronic records or signatures unless electronic delivery is an essential and lawfully disclosed condition of a particular Service.
When legally required consumer disclosures will be provided exclusively in electronic form, we will obtain your affirmative consent through a separate electronic-consent process as required by applicable law.
11.2 Electronic signatures
You agree that an electronic action performed by you with the intent to sign may constitute your electronic signature, including:
- Clicking “I Agree,” “Accept,” “Authorize,” “Sign,” or a similar button;
- Typing your name into a signature field;
- Drawing or applying an electronic signature;
- Entering a one-time passcode or authentication code;
- Using biometric or multifactor authentication where legally permitted; or
- Completing another electronic process that clearly indicates an intent to sign.
To the extent permitted by law, an authorized electronic signature will have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
11.3 Scope of electronic consent
Your electronic consent may apply to categories of records identified during the consent or signing process, including:
- These Terms;
- Privacy notices;
- Applications;
- Service agreements;
- Payment authorizations;
- Required disclosures;
- Statements;
- Transaction records;
- Amendments;
- Notices; and
- Other records related to your requested Services.
A separate consent or disclosure may identify a narrower or broader group of records for a particular transaction.
11.4 Hardware and software requirements
To access and retain electronic records, you should have:
- A computer, smartphone, tablet, or similar internet-enabled device;
- A current browser capable of displaying the records;
- A valid email address or other designated electronic-delivery address;
- Sufficient electronic storage or access to a printer; and
- Software capable of viewing PDF files, if records are provided in PDF format.
If legally required, we will provide information reasonably sufficient to demonstrate that you can access the electronic records in the form in which they will be provided.
11.5 Paper copies
You may ordinarily download or print electronic records. You may request an available paper copy by contacting us using the information in Section 1.
We will disclose any fee for a paper copy before fulfilling the request. We will not charge a fee where applicable law requires a copy to be provided without charge.
11.6 Withdrawal of electronic consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive future records electronically by contacting us at:
Email: info@financialinternational.com
Telephone: (213) 487-0587
Mail: 1605 W. Olympic Boulevard, Suite 9057, Los Angeles, California 90015-3808
Withdrawal will not affect the validity of electronic records, transactions, or signatures completed before the withdrawal became effective.
We will inform you of any lawful condition, consequence, or fee associated with withdrawal. After withdrawal, we may deliver records through postal mail or another legally permitted method.
11.7 Changes to technical requirements
If a material change to the hardware or software requirements creates a significant risk that you will no longer be able to access or retain covered electronic records, we will provide any notice and renewed consent required by law.
11.8 Updating contact information
You are responsible for keeping your email address, mobile number, mailing address, and other contact information accurate and current. Contact us promptly when any information changes.
11.9 Electronic records
We may retain records of electronic consent, signatures, communications, and transactions, including dates, times, document versions, authentication events, and other information reasonably necessary to establish the authenticity and integrity of a transaction.
12. SMS, MMS, AND TEXT-MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
12.1 Authority to provide a telephone number
By providing a mobile telephone number, you represent that:
- You are the subscriber, customary user, or authorized user of that number;
- You are authorized to consent to communications sent to that number; and
- The number and related information are accurate.
You agree to notify us promptly if the number is disconnected, reassigned, transferred, or no longer used by you.
12.2 Transactional and account-related text messages
If you request or consent to text-message communications, Financial International may send you non-marketing text messages concerning:
- Inquiries you submitted;
- Applications;
- Appointments;
- Account activity;
- Requested documents;
- Document availability;
- Identity verification;
- Security alerts;
- Service updates;
- Payment or servicing information;
- Customer support; and
- Other relationship-related matters.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
12.3 Marketing and promotional text messages
Marketing or promotional text messages are optional and require separate consent where required by law.
If you separately provide appropriate consent, Financial International may send marketing or promotional messages to the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology, an automatic telephone dialing system, or an artificial or prerecorded voice, to the extent permitted by law.
Your consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any property, goods, or services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
12.4 Opting out
You may revoke consent to receive automated text messages by replying with a recognized opt-out request, including:
- STOP
- CANCEL
- END
- QUIT
- REVOKE
- OPT OUT
- UNSUBSCRIBE
You may also submit an opt-out request by contacting:
Email: info@financialinternational.com
Office: (213) 487-0587
Toll Free: (833) 605-2155
We will honor reasonable revocation requests as required by applicable law. After receiving an opt-out request, we may send one non-marketing message confirming that the request has been processed.
Reply HELP for assistance.
12.5 Effect of opting out
Opting out of text messages does not:
- Terminate your account;
- Cancel an application, contract, or Service;
- Eliminate an outstanding payment or legal obligation; or
- Prevent us from contacting you through another lawful method.
When a notice or disclosure is legally required, we may deliver it by email, postal mail, account portal, or another legally permitted method.
12.6 Service providers
We may use wireless carriers, telecommunications providers, customer-relationship management platforms, text-messaging vendors, and other service providers to transmit and manage messages on our behalf.
Information associated with text messaging will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12.7 Sensitive information
Unless we expressly provide a secure and authorized method, do not send the following by text message:
- Social Security numbers;
- Full financial account numbers;
- Payment-card security codes;
- Passwords;
- Authentication codes;
- Government-issued identification documents; or
- Other sensitive personal or financial information.
12.8 Availability
Text-message services may not be available through all carriers, devices, or locations. We may modify or discontinue an optional text-message program subject to applicable law.
13. EMAIL AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS
You may receive account-related, transactional, security, administrative, or legal communications through email, postal mail, telephone, an account portal, or another method permitted by law.
Where legally permitted, you may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the communication. Opting out of marketing emails does not necessarily stop account, security, transaction, or legally required communications.
Electronic delivery of records that applicable law requires to be provided in writing is subject to Section 11 and any transaction-specific electronic-delivery consent.
14. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY
Our collection, use, retention, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy:
https://www.financialinternational.com/privacy-policy
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference to the extent permitted by law.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, network, communication, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Financial International or particular information, applicable notices should explain the categories collected, collection purposes, retention periods, sale or sharing practices, sensitive-information practices, and methods for exercising consumer rights.
Some information handled by financial institutions may be governed by specialized federal or state financial-privacy laws. Applicable rights and Company obligations may differ based on the information, Service, customer relationship, and legal exemption involved.
15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
We may modify, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site or an optional Service.
When reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of a material change affecting an active paid Service. Nothing in this section authorizes Financial International to avoid obligations under an existing service agreement or applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be continuously available, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Maintenance, security incidents, carrier outages, internet failures, natural events, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
16. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You may stop using the Site at any time. You may request account closure by contacting us using the information in Section 1.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
- A violation of these Terms;
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
- A security or integrity threat;
- Nonpayment of an applicable fee;
- An identity-verification issue;
- A governmental or judicial request;
- Prolonged inactivity;
- Discontinuation of the applicable Service; or
- Another reason permitted by an applicable agreement or law.
Termination of website access does not automatically:
- Cancel an underlying financial or service agreement;
- Discharge a payment or contractual obligation;
- Require deletion of records that must be retained;
- Prevent completion of an investigation;
- End a legal hold; or
- Prevent communications required or permitted by law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and record retention.
17. EXPORT CONTROLS AND SANCTIONS
You agree not to use, export, reexport, transfer, release, or provide the Site, Services, software, or technical information in violation of applicable United States export-control, economic-sanctions, or import laws.
You may not use the Site or Services if applicable law prohibits Financial International from providing access or Services to you.
Relevant government resources include the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security and the U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control. The BIS Consolidated Screening List combines multiple federal export-screening lists, while OFAC maintains current SDN and non-SDN sanctions-list services.
Financial International may screen transactions, customers, or counterparties when appropriate or legally required.
18. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
If you believe material available through the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Send the notice to:
Financial International

Email: info@financialinternational.com
If Financial International intends to claim a Digital Millennium Copyright Act safe harbor for user-posted or user-stored material, it must also maintain current designated-agent information on its website and in the U.S. Copyright Office’s electronic directory.
19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND GENERAL ONLINE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
FINANCIAL INTERNATIONAL DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT AN EXPRESS WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE;
- EVERY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED;
- THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM ALL HARMFUL COMPONENTS;
- INFORMATION WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT;
- A PARTICULAR SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO EVERY USER; OR
- USE OF THE SITE WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR FINANCIAL, CREDIT, BUSINESS, OR OTHER RESULT.
THIS SECTION DOES NOT DISCLAIM A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FINANCIAL INTERNATIONAL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR GENERAL ONLINE SERVICES.
THIS LIMITATION INCLUDES, WHERE PERMITTED, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA.
THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED. THEY ALSO DO NOT ALTER ANY LIABILITY EXPRESSLY ASSUMED UNDER A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Financial International and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising from:
- Submitted Materials that violate another person’s rights;
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site;
- Your material violation of these Terms; or
- Your fraud or willful misconduct.
This section does not require you to indemnify Financial International for its own gross negligence, willful misconduct, unlawful conduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.
22. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another applicable law controls.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a legal proceeding arising from these Terms or the Site must be brought in a state court located in Los Angeles County, California, or in the United States District Court with jurisdiction over Los Angeles County.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing an eligible matter in small-claims court or seeking emergency relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms do not presently require arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.
23. TIME LIMIT FOR CLAIMS
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a claim arising solely from use of the Site must be filed within one year after the claim arose.
This limitation does not apply where:
- Applicable law requires a longer period;
- A separate written agreement establishes a different period; or
- The limitation would be unlawful or unenforceable.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will display an updated “Last Updated” date.
We may provide notice of material changes through:
- The Site;
- An account portal;
- Email;
- Postal mail; or
- Another method permitted by law.
When applicable law requires affirmative consent to a material change, we will request that consent before applying the change.
Changes will not retroactively alter an existing transaction or contract unless permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
You should retain a copy of the Terms accepted for a particular transaction.
25. GENERAL PROVISIONS
25.1 Entire agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific agreement or disclosure constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of the Site.
A separate signed contract controls if it expressly conflicts with these Terms concerning a particular Service.
25.2 No waiver
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
25.3 Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
25.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. Financial International may assign these Terms in connection with a lawful merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the applicable business, subject to applicable law.
25.5 No third-party beneficiaries
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not create enforceable rights for a person who is not a party to them.
25.6 Headings
Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of a provision.
25.7 Force majeure
Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except for payment or other obligations that applicable law does not excuse.
26. ACCESSIBILITY
Financial International seeks to make its Site and communications reasonably accessible.
